Saute of Beans Mixed “Tempe Berek”
Ingredients :
-          Long beans
-          2 sheets of bay leaves
-          4 cloves of sliced red onions
-          2 cloves of sliced garlics
-          ½ piece of “Tempeh Berek”
-          12 piece of green chilies
-          5 piece of cayennes
-          Salt and brown sugar to taste
-          Cooking oil to taste

Steps
1.       These are steps to make saute of beans mixed “ Tempeh Berek”.


2.       Firstly, prepare ingredients, such as long beans, tempeh berek, bay leaves, red onions, garlics, green chilies, cayennes, brown sugar, cooking oil and water.
 
3.       After than, cut the long beans, sliced red onion, sliced garlics, sliced cayennes and seasoning.

 
4.       Next, washing long beans and spices.
5.       Then, pour a little oil into frying pan until rather heat, if the oil was hot, enter sliced red onoins and garlics, and than enter cayennes and green chilies, wait until fragrance and add salt and brown sugar while stir while until well mixed.

 
6.       Then, enter “ tempeh berek” fried briefly.

7.       And than enterlong beans, add a little water.
 

8.       And close frying pan with cover the pan to make long beans will be soft until five minutes.

9.        After than open frying pan, if the taste is just right, lift and ready to be served.
